Classic Organic grade matcha, is a unique grade in our matcha range, 100% pure stone-ground matcha powder grown in Japan to have more pronounced aroma, subtle umami with slight intensity.
It is made from hand-picked, 100% organic, vibrant first and second harvest green tea leaves. Our Classic grade matcha is a blend of first and second harvest tea leaves. Because this matcha combines both first and second harvest tea leaves, it offers a more robust taste. The Classic grade matcha contains less chlorophyll, giving the matcha slightly lighter green color.
It combines exceptionally well with other elements and it is best used for various matcha beverages (matcha latte, cold brew, cocktail, etc.), desserts and pastries or anything else for added antioxidants. Also the quality of this matcha is good enough for drinking as matcha tea.
